New Years Polar Plunge!

For New Years, I went to Bethany Beach, DE with my roommates and friends. We had a great time just chilling. The best part was on January 1st when my friend Michelle and I did the Polar Plunge. The water temp was 51 degrees F and the air temp was in the mid 40's. SOOOO much fun. This is my third time doing the polar plunge and I love starting the New Year this way. Nothing like stepping out of your comfort zone to set the pace for the next 12 months. Hopefully I will be able to continue moving outside my box this year :)
